At Absolute Performance Training we pride ourselves on the notion that every athlete strives to become faster, stronger, and more explosive thereby improving sport performance. For this reason we provide a variety of individualized and sport specific programs designed to meet these needs in the Buffalo and surrounding areas. Within our program we focus on three main components, which are training, nutrition, and recovery. Our goal is to enhance athlete’s physical and athletic potential and through giving each individual the tools to achieve results in each of these components makes for results that are unmatched.
Guided by our core fundamentals that emphasize nutrition, movement/strength, and recovery; Absolute Performance utilizes training systems that have supported past draft picks as well as Super Bowl Champions and All-Pros. These systems, which continually evolves based on the most innovative and cutting-edge training techniques, are the foundation of our athletes’ success at the highest levels.

Location:
Our state of the art facility is located in Buffalo, NY. Located in this building is over 50,000 sq. ft. dedicated to sports performance. The use of facilities includes and is not limited to:
- - 80yd turf field
- - 6,000sq ft weight room
- - Compliments of specialty equipment
- - In-house sport rehab
Our company and its coaches have been servicing the Western New York area and its athletes for over four years. With more than 26 years experience within strength and conditioning programs at the division one level of athletics, internships in some of the most successful and prestigious athletic performance facilities in the country, and the experience of playing at the highest level our staff brings to the table all the aspects to guarantees results.
Our mission is to not only obtain results for every athlete we train but exceed their own expectations and help each individual reach the ABSOLUTE peak of their athletic performance. Our coaches are dedicated in the field of strength and conditioning and have worked with athletes of all levels including professional athletes from the NFL, CFL, MLB, MLS, NBA, and NHL.
