Train with the pros at Absolute Performance Training. We are now offering challenging perosnal training programs for individuals or in small group settings. All of our personal training programs are written specifically for your needs. Whatever your goals are our staff of specialists can help you exceed any health and fitness goals. Those interested in personal training may be looking for:

Absolute Performance Trianing knows a successful exercise program begins with a plan devised specifically for you.  Our new member service package includes a series of scheduled meetings with one of our strength and conditioning specialists, each one focusing on different fitness components:

  • Health screening, testing, goal assessment, and program design
  • Cardiovascular and flexibility training
  • Strength and resistance exercises
  • Complete program monitoring and review

These appointments show how correct form, intensity, duration, and frequency optimally combine to provide the safest and most effective routine for you.

Personal_Training

Team Up with an AP Strength and Conditioning Specialist to create a RESULTS oriented routine, break through barriers and set new goals.  Work one-on-one or team up with a friend to challenge yourself while you achieve your goals.
